The Pleat heat exchanger has a design where priority on both thermal performance and maintenance simplicity has been giving a high focus. The current product range is covering single heat exchangers from 1,8m² to 137m², which covers the majority of single heat exchanger applications. Larger applications will normally consist of multiple units either in parallel, series, or a combination, based on process- and redundancy requirements.

This range can be configured in a variety of combinations, and the Pleat heat exchanger can implement a 2-pass flow on one side, while still 1-pass on the other.

As the technology is continuously adopted into new industrial applications, an extension or special configuration is possible.
